How we can help

We provide comprehensive consulting services covering winery design, optimization of the production process, specific winemaking protocols, quality improvement, amelioration of faulty and enhancement of inadequate wines, innovative and natural winemaking and much more. Three different consulting arrangements are offered:

BASIC - this plan is developed with small wineries, startups and generally producers with limited budget in mind. Those who have historically been unable to afford a quality consultant, can now have access to one for less than their monthly cable bill.

Pricing: $500 initial evaluation

               $250/month

               $500/day + cost of travel for in person visit*. 

Includes a weekly phone call and email consults plus sensory evaluation of up to 6 wines per month. 

AS NEEDED/PROJECT BASED - if you need help with a specific project, solving a problem you just faced or need an expert opinion on something, this plan is for you.

Pricing: $200/hr billed in 30 minutes increments.

$750/day + cost of travel for in person visits*.

*Cost of travel is a flat fee based on the distance from our office in 02645:

Up to 60 miles - no cost

60 - 250 miles - $600

Over 250 miles - $1,200

COMPREHENSIVE - this is a retainer type plan that is designed to support wineries of all sizes and experience levels. This is an all-inclusive plan that offers deep involvement in all aspects of your winery operations, personalized approach and constant and continuous support.  

Pricing: $2,000/month

Includes unlimited phone and email consults, sensory evaluation of an unlimited number of wines, 2 one day visits per calendar year. $500/day for each additional day, up to 3 days.
